Payments

Payments are processed by Pesapal, a third-party payment provider. When you pay for a booking, you are redirected to Pesapal's secure payment page.VII Homes does not collect or store your card, mobile money, or bank details — Pesapal handles this in accordance with their own privacy and security practices.

Cookies

We use a single functional cookie to keep our administrators signed in to the admin panel. We do not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies, and we do not run analytics scripts that track your browsing behavior across the web.

We use the information you provide solely to respond to inquiries, process and manage bookings, and communicate with you about your stay. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
