Bookings
When you submit a booking request through VII Homes, you are requesting to reserve a specific property for the dates and guest count you select. A booking is only confirmed once payment has been successfully processed through Pesapal and you receive a confirmation email.
Pricing & payment
Prices are shown per night in Kenyan Shillings (KES) and may vary by property, season, and length of stay. Payment is processed securely by Pesapal at the time of booking. VII Homes does not store your payment card or mobile money details.
Property accuracy
We make every effort to ensure property listings, photos, and amenities are accurate and up to date. Occasionally, a specific amenity or feature may change between when a listing was last updated and your stay — if something material is inaccurate, please contact us and we will work with you to make it right.
Cancellations
Cancellation terms can vary by property and booking. If you need to cancel or change a booking, please contact us as soon as possible at @viihomes.com and we will let you know what options are available for your reservation.
Guest conduct
Guests are expected to treat properties with care, respect the number of guests agreed at booking, and follow any house rules provided by the property. Damage beyond normal wear and tear may be charged to the guest.
Limitation of liability
VII Homes connects travelers with independently owned and managed properties. While we personally verify each listing, we are not the owner or operator of the properties themselves and are not liable for events outside our reasonable control during your stay.
